1. Introduction
Welcome to Dr Andre’s Therapy Hub (the “App”). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Services
The App provides access to psychotherapy programs, including but not limited to parenting programs, and hosts a community for members (the “Services”). Access to certain programs requires a membership with a monthly subscription fee (“Membership”), while other programs can be purchased separately by both members and non-members.
3. Membership and Purchases
-Membership:
Membership provides access to exclusive content and community features within the App. A monthly subscription fee is required for Membership.
-Program Purchases:
Programs may be purchased individually by both members and non-members. Purchasing a program does not grant Membership status. Non-members must purchase a Membership separately to access membership benefits.

4. Use of Content
All content provided within the App, including but not limited to videos, written materials, and community discussions, is for personal use only. Content must not be shared, copied, distributed, or otherwise made available to third parties without our express written permission.

5. User Conduct
Users are expected to interact respectfully within the community and must not engage in any behaviour that could be considered offensive, harmful, or disruptive. Any violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

6. Payments and Billing
All payments for Memberships and program purchases are processed through our secure payment provider. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Services.
7. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your Membership at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your Membership benefits until the end of your current billing period.
8. Disclaimer
The Services provided by the App are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. You should always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions regarding your mental health.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr Andre’s Therapy Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
