About

We, Not Me: A Systemic Journey to a Thriving Couple Relationship is a transformative course designed for couples who want to move beyond conflict, disconnection, or stagnation—and rediscover what it means to grow together. Rooted in systemic therapy and grounded in decades of clinical insight, this course helps couples shift from individual blame to shared understanding, from power struggles to partnership.

In this course, you’ll explore the complex dynamics that shape your relationship—not just communication patterns and surface behaviors, but the deeper, often invisible systems at play: your individual histories, unmet needs, family-of-origin influences, and the roles you unconsciously inhabit as a couple.

You’ll learn how to:

• Understand the systemic forces influencing your relationship

• Communicate with clarity, empathy, and presence

• Navigate recurring conflicts with new insight and compassion

• Rekindle intimacy—emotionally, physically, and relationally

• Set healthy boundaries without disconnecting

• Heal relational wounds and break cycles of blame

• Build a shared vision rooted in respect, connection, and mutual growth

This course is for couples at any stage—whether you’re struggling with resentment, navigating a life transition, or simply wanting to deepen your connection. With video lessons, reflective exercises, real-life examples, and optional live support sessions, you’ll be guided on a journey that honours both the individual and the relationship—transforming “me versus you” into we.

Because thriving partnerships aren’t found—they’re built. Together.
